This document, entitled the General Conditions of Sale (GTC), defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, people wishing to make a purchase via the Farfouil en fête website (https://www.farfouil-en -fete.fr), hereinafter referred to as "the customer" and on the other hand the company SARL Farfouil en fête whose head office is located in Soissons 18 avenue du Général De Gaulle 02200 registered with the RCS of Soissons under number B 789732419 , and whose registered office is at 18 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 02200 Soissons. SARL Farfouil en fête may modify these GCS at any time. The customer will be informed of the nature of these modifications as soon as they are posted on the site https://www.farfouil-en-fete.fr.
The changes will come into effect 1 day after they are posted on the site.
Only the T&Cs published on the day of the order are applicable. They are brought to the attention of the customer during the order placed by the latter who will have accepted them before any confirmation of the latter.

I. OUR PRICES
All product prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC) excluding shipping costs. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders. The products remain the property of Farfouil en fête until full collection of the price by Farfouil en fête. The price is payable in full and in a single payment.
Farfouil en fête displays recommended prices on its site corresponding to the prices recommended by the distributors of this product. These are in no way sales and may therefore fluctuate.
The products ordered and the promotional offers offered on the Farfouil en fête site are only valid for products excluding "Sales" and within the limits of available stocks. Product offers and prices are valid only as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
II. ORDERED
The contract will be, in application of the provisions of the civil code, concluded from the second click of order, by which you will have checked the accuracy of your shopping cart after having been able to correct it. All contracts will be made in French.
The customer is fully responsible for the delivery details he indicates in his order.
The ordering process is as follows:
- Choice of items and addition to cart
- Choice of delivery method
- Acceptance of the T&Cs
- Validation of the contents of the basket (1st click)
- Identification on the site www.farfouil-en-fete.fr if the customer is not already identified, or registration
- Verification of the billing and delivery address.
- Selection of payment method
- Order validation (2nd click)
The customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail once his order has been validated.
The customer will then receive an e-mail as soon as the package is shipped with a link to follow the delivery steps.
The customer can order on the internet via the site www.farfouil-en-fete.fr 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Farfouil en fête reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or which, in his view, presents any form of risk. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Farfouil en fête undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available product stocks. In the absence of availability of one or more product(s) ordered, Farfouil en fête undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer's order will then be automatically canceled and the corresponding amount refunded or an equivalent product will be offered to him, in the latter there will be no shipment before confirmation by the customer.
The photos of our products, visible on the site www.farfouil-en-fete.fr, are provided by our suppliers, certain details such as color or patterns may vary, but the possible differences between our visual and reality are very rare. .This is why we invite you to refer to the product description. If you receive a different product from the one you thought you were ordering, do not hesitate to contact us on 03 23 53 30 98. Our products are intended for sale on our site and in our store, in fact we offer the rental of costumes or other (see Rental Terms and Conditions).
Some products may also be part of an assortment.
Any contract concluded with the customer will be archived by Farfouil en fête for a period of 10 years, the customer may therefore at any time request an invoice from a previous contract.
All orders validated on our site are sent directly to our logistics platform in order to guarantee rapid dispatch.
No replacement, deletion or addition of an item is possible. However, the cancellation of your order is possible within a maximum of 30 minutes after validation of your order, during customer service opening hours, except for orders placed between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
We recommend that you contact Customer Service directly by telephone on + 33 (0) 3 23 53 30 98, from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
III. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The products available excluding artifices on the Farfouil en fête site can be delivered to Metropolitan France, Monaco, Dom-Tom, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland*, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna under certain financial conditions referred to below, in Europe and in the world in general.
Fireworks products can only be delivered in Metropolitan France under specific conditions.
Any order placed whose products are in stock on the Farfouil en fête site before 12:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to payment validation. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
Any order whose products are in Pre-order must be subject to an additional period of 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), in fact, the products are ordered from the manufacturer, these orders are accepted under subject to availability at the manufacturer, the customer will be informed of the availability of the product within 7 days maximum.
Any modification of the delivery address can be made at most 30 minutes after validation of the payment.
After this time, your package will be delivered to the address you indicated when confirming your order. However, you can contact the carrier concerned, as soon as you have received your shipping confirmation email mentioning your package tracking number.
However, we cannot guarantee that this request will be taken into account.
The customer can choose from the following different delivery methods (the times and prices announced are for Metropolitan France including Corsica):
- Delivery Mondial Relay "Chez mon Commerssant" 2 to 3 days from 4.5€ to 24.90€ depending on the weight of the package up to 30kg. This delivery method is provided by Mondial Relay and offers delivery of the package within 48 to 72 hours, in 98% of cases, at more than 6,000 partner merchants. There is no delivery of parcels to Relay Points on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays.
In case of impossibility of delivery of the parcel to the Relay Point of destination, two scenarios may occur.
You will receive an e-mail and/or a text message to choose to wait for the reopening of your Point Relais or to select another one.
In the event of no response from you or due to constraints linked to the logistics activity of your sector, Mondial Relay may also automatically select another available Relay Point close to the Relay Point initially chosen.
- So Colissimo delivery "to My Home" 2 to 3 days from €6.25 to €12.25 depending on the weight of the package up to 5kg. This delivery method is provided by La Poste and offers delivery within 48 to 72 hours in 96% of cases, after collection of the package in our warehouses. Delivery without signature.
If the total weight of your package exceeds 5 kg or if one of its sides exceeds 90 cm in length, your package will be sent by the carrier GLS. Your package is delivered to you in person against signature, Monday to Friday only. In case of absence, GLS asks one of your relatives if he can take care of your package, or drops it off at the nearest Mondial Relay Point. You then have 7 days to collect your package. In any case, if your parcel could not be delivered to you directly, GLS leaves a transit advice note containing essential information.
- So Colissimo delivery "My merchant or post office" 2 to 3 days from €5.50 to €11.99 depending on the weight of the package up to 5kg. This delivery method is provided by La Poste and offers delivery within 48 to 72 hours in 96% of cases, after collection of the package in our warehouses. Delivery with signature.
- Delivery GLS Option At home+ 1 to 2 days at €9.90 up to 30 kg. This delivery method is provided by GLS and offers delivery within 24 to 48 hours in 90% of cases, after collection of the package in our warehouses. You can change the place and date of their delivery freely, even before the first delivery attempt, possibility of selecting a relay point. Delivery with signature.
- Express delivery "Chez mon Commerssant" 24h at 14.90€, (offer valid only in metropolitan France). This delivery method is provided by Chronopost and offers delivery of the package within 24 hours, in 98% of cases.
A notification is sent to you by email or SMS once the package is available.
If the relay chosen initially is unavailable, the parcel is made available in one of the closest relays. The new collection point is then specified in the notification received by the recipient.
The package is pending 7 calendar days in the relay.
- Express delivery "to My Home" 24 hours at €18.90. This delivery method is provided by Chronopost and offers delivery before 1 p.m. the next day, Monday to Saturday, after collection of the package from our warehouses. In the event of absence, the package will be held in one of the following collection points: Post Office, Chronopost agency or So Colissimo relay (i.e. nearly 15,000 local points to collect your package).
- ADR delivery from €9.90 to €49.90. This delivery method is intended for fireworks requiring transport under special conditions related to class 1.4g or 1.3g. Delivery is made within 3 to 7 days in 80% of cases. Delivery is made by hand and by signature. Only available for Metropolitan France.
Deliveries to destinations in Switzerland, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Reunion, St Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna may be subject to various fees and taxes including customs and import VAT. These costs are borne exclusively by the buyer. We also inform you that customs may hold your package in case of control.
We draw your attention to the fact that any gutted or repackaged package must be refused upon delivery. If the package is accepted, Farfouil en fête will not be responsible for any damaged or missing product(s). It will then be necessary to open a complaint with the carrier concerned.
*NB: Deliveries to ARMED HUBs are possible. To do this, simply indicate the postcode 00200 in the delivery address.
IV. PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is made at the customer's choice:
For Metropolitan France, Corsica, Principalities of Monaco and Andorra:
- by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, issued in France
You will be redirected to our bank's secure payment interface. You will need to enter and validate your bank details. The bank will confirm the payment to you.
- by PayPal
You will be redirected to our bank's secure payment interface. You will need to enter and validate your bank details by clicking on the "Paypal" link on the bank's interface. The bank will confirm the payment to you.
- by check (or, in some cases, bank transfer).
Payments by check or bank transfer are made only by telephone.
Once validated your order will be put on hold, you will have 7 days to send us your check (or transfer) accompanied by your invoice or your order number written on the back of it. The check (or bank transfer) should be made for the exact amount, payable to Farfouil en fête and sent to the address Farfouil en fête, 18 avenue du Général De Gaulle 02200 Soissons. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of the check (or bank transfer).
For Belgium:
- by credit card: Visa or MasterCard
You will be redirected to our bank's secure payment interface. You will need to enter and validate your bank details. The bank will confirm the payment to you.
- by PayPal
You will be redirected to our bank's secure payment interface. You will need to enter and validate your bank details by clicking on the "Paypal" link on the bank's interface. The bank will confirm the payment to you.
For other countries or delivery destinations:
Payment is made exclusively by credit card or bank transfer. Orders by bank transfer must be placed by telephone in order to obtain the bank details to proceed with the transfer. In this case we will reserve the items ordered until receipt of your transfer (maximum 5 working days after the order).
Farfouil en fête implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of data transmitted on the web and on the website www.farfouil-en-fete.fr. All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
As part of a payment by credit card, the debit of the amount of the invoice will be made instantly or almost by the banking institution. The fact of validating your order therefore generates the payment of it.
V. PRODUCTS
1. Legal guarantee of product conformity
Article L.211-4 of the Consumer Code requires the seller “to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
He is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
To be compliant, the good must:
- Be fit for the use usually expected of a similar item and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
- Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and which the latter has accepted (article L.211-5 of the consumption).
In accordance with article L.211-8 of the consumer code, “the buyer is entitled to demand that the goods conform to the contract. He cannot, however, contest conformity by invoking a defect which he knew or could not ignore when he contracted. The same applies when the defect has its origin in the materials supplied by him”.
In accordance with article L.211-9 of the consumer code, “in the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer chooses between the repair and the replacement of the good.
However, the seller may not proceed according to the choice of the buyer if this choice entails a manifestly disproportionate cost with regard to the other method, taking into account the value of the good or the importance of the defect. He is then required to proceed, unless this is impossible, according to the method not chosen by the buyer.
In accordance with article L.211-10 of the consumer code, the resolution of the sale cannot however be pronounced if the lack of conformity is minor.
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods (article L211-12 of the Consumer Code).
2. Warranty against hidden product defects
The seller is bound by the guarantee on account of hidden defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or does not would have given only a lower price, if he had known them (article 1641 of the civil code).
The seller is not liable for apparent defects of which the buyer has been able to convince himself (article 1642 of the civil code).
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect (article 1648, paragraph 1 of the civil code).
In the case of Articles 1641 and 1643, the buyer has the choice of returning the item and having the price refunded, or keeping the item and having part of the price refunded (Article 1644 of the Civil Code).
VI. FIGHT AGAINST BANK CARD FRAUD
In order to ensure the security of payments, the Farfouil en fête site uses the secure payment service of the banking partner Crédit du nord. This service incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data is transmitted encrypted directly to the bank's server without passing through the physical media of our internal server.
Each bank card payment sends an authorization request to the bank card network.
The electronic payment manager issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code.
Farfouil en fête reserves the right to verify the personal data communicated by the customer and to adopt all the measures deemed necessary to verify that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order, in order to to avoid any fraudulent payment. This verification may take the form of a request for proof of identity and/or address and/or bank documents (RIB or canceled check). The lack of response from the customer to a request of this type within 2 days of the request made by Farfouil en fête will automatically result in the cancellation of the order concerned, without any possibility of subsequent complaint. Farfouil en fête will also be free to proceed with the direct cancellation of an order that presents one or more risk factors for fraudulent use of a bank card.
VII. RIGHT TO RETRACT
The customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (letter sent by post or electronic mail) by post to the address: Farfouil en fête 18 avenue du Général De Gaulle 02200 Soissons or by email at: contact@farfouil-en-fete.fr. You can, if you wish, use the model withdrawal form.
Exercising your right of withdrawal does not entail any penalty. However, you are warned that compensation may be requested if the product has been used in a way that does not comply with the principle of civil law. Your liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this property.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, you must return the product:
- no later than fourteen (14) days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to a refund due within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you exercised this right. Reimbursement is deferred until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods. We will reimburse your order as well as the delivery costs (Delivery costs with supplement - such as so-called express deliveries - are reimbursed within the limit of the standard delivery costs).
We advise you to contact our Customer Service from your Customer Account or Contact Us, to indicate your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Indeed, in the event of a dispute, it is up to the consumer to prove that he has respected the legal withdrawal period. We therefore advise you to keep proof of the sending of your postal mail, your email, the deposit of your package at the Post Office or with a distributor, a carrier (deposit receipt, etc.), or the date of delivery. opening of the after-sales conversation.
VIII. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To make an exchange or return:
- log in to your Account with your e-mail address and password
- go to the Return an order section or track a return or exchange, within 14 days of receipt of the package.
- you must return the product(s) no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return request.
The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box, perfectly intact. A disguise can of course be worn to be tried on but must be returned perfectly in its protective packaging if it is not suitable, with its cardboard visual. Any return of goods must be sent to Farfouil en fête 18 avenue du Général De Gaulle 02200 Soissons.
We inform you that the return costs (see procedure for reimbursement) are the responsibility of the customer. The return must be made via a post office.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the item on our premises if the return conditions have been respected.
In the event that the returned product(s) do not comply with the return conditions set out above, a check for €5.90 will be requested from the customer if they wish to recover their item(s).
For reasons of hygiene or health protection, certain products cannot be returned and cannot be refunded or exchanged. The products concerned are unsealed products, edible products, underwear (boxers, bras), mankinis, swimsuits, dentures, sweets, make-up (face and body blush, pencil, rouge lip, make-up tube, false eyelashes, wounds and special effects) and contact lenses.
For security reasons, we do not take back pyrotechnic products or aerosol cans.
Exchanges are only possible for orders delivered in mainland France, including Corsica.
For orders outside these areas, you will have to make a standard refund request.
An exchange request can only be made for one or more product(s) offering a choice of different size(s) or color(s). For any other article, the exchange will not be possible, the customer will have to make a classic request for reimbursement and can if he wishes to redo a new order through our site.
If the article is exchangeable, if it is intact in its original packaging, if it is returned within 14 days and that our stocks allow it, then we will send you the desired article free of charge by the same mode of transport. and to the same delivery address chosen in the initial order.
We undertake to process your requests as quickly as possible and to send you the new article within 3 days once your article has been received. Indeed we will not be able to send you an exchange until we have received the article to be exchanged.

X. AMICABLE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES, MEDIATION
Under Article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code “Any consumer has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable termination of the dispute between him and a professional. ". This covers disputes of a contractual nature, relating to the performance of a contract of sale or supply of services, between a consumer and a professional.
In case of difficulties, we invite you to contact our Customer Service beforehand (cf. article 11).
If your problem is not resolved, you can use the services of a mediator within one year of receipt of your request by Customer Service, with a view to out-of-court settlement of the dispute.

All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on Farfouil en fête are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use is authorized, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code.

SARL Farfouil en fête collects personal data on the customer consulting the site www.farfouil-en-fete.fr.
Our site uses cookies. These are small text files saved on your hard drive, most are intended to allow or facilitate your navigation and are necessary for the operation of our online store.
